Have your transmission's letter code and VIN ID# available
Have your parts and appropriate diagram available
When your are ready to place your order, if you are not certain what parts you need, have your gearbox disassembled and nearby. Also it's really helpful if you can have the appropriate diagram from our diagram pages available. We can then quickly resolve any parts questions that may arise. We pride our self with getting our customers the right parts the first time!

If Your Looking to save some $ cash $, You can rebuild your transmission yourself. We have repair manuals that will help you every step of the way. In most cases we include one Free Repair Manual with any online order over $120.00. Just remember after you place your order please Email us on which repair Manual you would like us to included with your order, If you forget to email us your selection, our sales staff will make the selection for you based on your order. Please do not add the manual to your shopping cart, If you do you will be charged for it. We currently have 020, 02A, 02J 5speed repair manuals in stock.

UPS: Most Transmissions are shipped via United Parcel Service. Shipping Fees are $175.00. We use a custom reusable container that ships your transmission safely. After your installation is complete you can then reuse this container to return your old transmission unit for a prompt Core refund of $275.00

US MAIL: All Part packages will be shipped using the U.S.P.S. either First Class, Ground, Priority or Express Mail.

Damaged Merchandise -
We take pride in packaging our Transmissions very well, we use special padded shipping containers and we have never had any damage reports to date, But please Note: Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly make with the responsible freight/shipping carrier. It is always necessary to obtain a DAMAGED FREIGHT INSPECTION REPORT from the responsible carrier. Under no circumstance will we recognize claims due to for damage from carrier.
